🛒 Orders & Shopping
Q1. How do I place an order?
A. Simply browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can complete your purchase using our secure payment options.
Q2. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return/refund policy applies.

Q3. How long will delivery take?
A. Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Q4. Do you offer free shipping?
A. Free shipping may be available during special promotions or on selected products. Otherwise, standard shipping charges apply.
Q5. Do you ship internationally?
A. Currently, Duniyaa Bazaar ships only within India.

Q6. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on certain orders.
Q7. Is my payment information secure?
A. Yes, all transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways to keep your data safe.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q8. Can I return a product?
A. Yes, products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Some categories like personal care, perishable, and customized items are not eligible for return.
Q9. How do I get my refund?
A. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Q10. Can I exchange a product?
A. Exchanges are only available if the item is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
